We ship to Vancouver Island via Canada Post. Orders are packed carefully to keep every pack intact.

Ordering & shipping policies

Order cut-off
Orders placed by Wednesday are dispatched or delivered the same week. Orders after Wednesday ship or deliver the following week.
Packaging
All products are packed in sealed 180 g pouches. Shipping orders are boxed with protective padding to prevent damage in transit.
Freshness guarantee
Every pack carries a best-before date. If your order arrives damaged or out of date, contact us within 48 hours and we'll replace it.
Minimum orders
A minimum order applies for home delivery within Metro Vancouver and for arranged deliveries to Fraser Valley and Sea-to-Sky. No minimum for pickup or shipped orders.
Pickup
Pickup is available in Vancouver. The exact address is shared on your order confirmation. Pickup is free with no minimum order.
